Alvaro mastered his craft in countries like United states, Holland, Belgium, Germany etc, though his earlier steps were made in Caracas. From the beginning, Alvaro always saw the necessity for detailed work. He has seen many companies undermine the importance of details and found himself focusing on perfecting that craft.
